On each of these days, Invictus honors those who served, those who fell, and those who still carry the weight of that oath. The warrior ethos is not seasonal — it is forever.
Last Monday of May
Memorial Day
Memorial Day is not a celebration — it is a reckoning. We pause not for a long weekend, but to remember every man and woman who gave everything so we could stand here. Their names are on walls, on name tapes, and in the hearts of those who served beside them. We remember. We will always remember.
Third Saturday of May
Armed Forces Day
Armed Forces Day honors every American currently wearing the uniform — Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard. While we sleep, they stand watch. While we live our lives, they carry the weight of this nation’s defense. To all currently serving: thank you. We see you.

Not just a day off — a debt that can never be fully repaid. To every man and woman who raised their right hand and said “send me”: your watch stood so ours could sleep. We honor you.
Third Friday of September
POW/MIA Recognition Day
We will never accept “unknown” as an answer. Our brothers and sisters who were captured or went missing carried the same oath we carry. You are not forgotten — not today, not ever. We will never leave a fallen comrade.
Last Sunday of September
Gold Star Families Day
Behind every fallen warrior is a family that bore the full weight of that sacrifice. Gold Star families carry a grief most will never understand. We stand with them — not just today, but every day. Their loss is our debt.

Independence Day
Freedom was declared on this day in 1776 — but it was bled for on hundreds of battlefields before and after. Every soldier who ever served is part of that unbroken chain. We celebrate because they fought. Never forget the cost.

June 6
D-Day — Normandy
June 6, 1944. The largest amphibious assault in history. Over 160,000 Allied troops crossed the English Channel into the teeth of fortified German defenses. Thousands fell before they reached the seawall. They did it anyway. Freedom was retaken one yard at a time. Never forget what was paid on those beaches.
July 27

July 27, 1953 — the guns fell silent on the Korean Peninsula after three years of brutal combat. Over 36,000 Americans gave their lives in the “Forgotten War.” We refuse to forget. Their sacrifice preserved a free South Korea and held the line against tyranny. We remember.
