Our Veteran Workforce Development service is focused on creating meaningful opportunities for veterans through participation in our projects, partnerships, and contract-based work. Rather than offering broad workforce programs, we prioritize engaging veterans and veteran-owned businesses directly within the scope of our active projects and mission-driven initiatives.
We support the identification and inclusion of qualified veterans and veteran-owned subcontractors for specific contracts, ensuring alignment between project needs and workforce capabilities. Our approach is centered on collaboration, giving veterans the opportunity to contribute their skills, gain experience, and grow within real-world project environments.
When appropriate, we facilitate connections through Partner Engagement, Subcontractor Opportunities, and Project-Based Workforce Integration. The result is a focused, mission-aligned workforce model that supports both project success and veteran career advancement through direct involvement—not generalized placement services.
