Our Veteran Workforce Development service is designed to turn good intentions into real paychecks, promotions, and careers. We focus on veteran workforce development in California that directly feeds your project staffing needs while giving veterans clear pathways into construction, facilities, and related fields.

 

We connect veteran employment training programs with live work - building a construction workforce for veterans through targeted recruitment, veteran subcontractor engagement, and partnerships with construction teams. Every engagement is structured around career development for veteran workers, not just short-term placements.

 

Depending on your goals, we can integrate Job Readiness Training, one-on-one Career Counseling, Skill Development Workshops, Employer Partnership Coordination, and full Apprenticeship Program Management. This end-to-end model ensures veterans receive the preparation, mentorship, and hands-on experience they need, while you gain a reliable, mission-aligned workforce that strengthens performance on every veteran-focused project.

I have worked with Ren Ross for 2 years in Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention programs.
